How do Youcamp Gift Cards work?
Youcamp Gift Cards are digital only and are gifted via email. The person you're gifting the card to will receive a Gift Card Code in their inbox. The code can be redeemed by the recipient only on Youcamp for camping, accommodation, activities, tours and extras. Your Youcamp Gift Card will be sent immediately after purchase. If you would prefer to gift the card at a later date, you can always email it to yourself and then either a) forward it to them on the day of your choice or b) print it out at home and deliver by hand!
Can I use only a portion of a Youcamp Gift Card?
Gift Cards can only be applied in full on a Youcamp booking. If the balance of your Gift Card is greater than that of the trip you're booking, a balance will remain on your Gift Card.
Can I check the balance & expiry of a Gift Card?
To check your Youcamp Gift Card Balance & expiry date, please login to Youcamp and go to Gift Card Balance. Youcamp Gift Cards expire after 3 years.
Are there any charges on Gift Cards?
There is a 4% processing fee applied to the purchase of all Gift Cards.
What are the Youcamp Gift Card Terms & Conditions?
Youcamp bookings made using a Gift Card are subject to Youcamp’s standard Terms & Conditions including Youcamp’s service fee, GST, cancellations, discounts and alterations. Youcamp Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.
