Jill & Yoshi moved from the city & bought 480 acre "Bai-Yai" 15 years ago. They fell in love with its stunning granite rocks, gnarled old trees - and the wonderful Macdonald River which forms a northern boundary! They don't run it as a farm, but manage it to protect & enhance natural values & biodiversity. They've placed part of the property under Permanent Covenant for benefit of future generations & any revenues via Youcamp will go towards weed control & general maintenance.

Really enjoyed my 2 nights and talking to Jill about the property. Facilities are basic rustic but clean and tidy. I will be back for a longer stay to enjoy the serenity. We need another few thousand couples like Jill and Yoshi to restore our degraded lands.

A wonderfully peaceful and truly beautiful spot to stay. The amenities are top-notch for bush Camping and our charming hosts, Jill & Yoshi, ensured we lacked nothing. We had fascinating & inspiring chats with Jill about their conservation work. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us!
